- At Pandamegamallpay, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
- Our dedicated QC and QA teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly reference the size chart(s) on the product page.
- At Pandamegamallpay, returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. So, we’ve got you covered! Please Contact US within 14 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process.
RETURN PROCESS
- 1. EMAIL US- Contact Us(Email: [email protected]) and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.
- 2. TAKE SUGGESTIONS- Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you with the detailed instructions.
- 3. RETURNS THE GOODS- Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through local post office.
- 4. REFUND OR EXCHANGED- Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.
PLSPAY ATTENTION:
- 1. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first via email ([email protected]).
- 2. Any addresses on the parcel are not the return address, pls must contact customer service team to provide you a correct return address.
- 3. Order Returned without an authorized return address from customer service staff will not be refunded.
- 4. Clearance products do not support return and exchange. (For example, an page or collection named with “Clearance” or a product with “Clearance” in the title)
ITEMS THAT CAN BE RETURNED/REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING MUST FOLLOW THE CRITERIA AS BELOW:
- 1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
- 2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
- 3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 14 days of receiving.
- Contact our Support Center(Email: [email protected]) as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations. If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.
- We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
- 1. Items outside the 14 days warranty time-frame.
- 2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
- 3. Items under the following categories: Sale, Swimwear, Lingerie are not covered by the warranty.
RETURNS
- 1. Please Contact Us within 14 days starting from the day you have received your order.
- 2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, pajamas, swimwear and accessories.
- 3. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- 4. We do not accept returned items sent back directly without our Return Staff assessment or go signal. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
REFUNDS
- 1.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount in 7-15 days.
- 2.If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
- 3. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping costs for the returned packages are non-refundable. Pandamegamallpay cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any cost not paid to Pandamegamallpay. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
- 4. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of products.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & ADDRESS
- 1. Please be sure to contact our after-sales customer service to get the specific address of the return!
- 2. All shipping cost are at the customers expense. This includes shipping cost for a return or exchange. Shipping cost are non-refundable. We kindly recommend you carefully check the size information and confirm all your order details before placing the order from courier.
- 3. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping cost. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before making payment. Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed easily. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at [email protected]. Your order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped.
Note:
1、More than 12 hours after placing an order, cancellation of the order will be charged an order processing fee of 20% of the order amount.
2、Cancellation orders will not be accepted more than 7 days after the order is placed.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
